Job Description:
This role will provide administrative support to the HR team in preparing various monthly reports, letter preparation and other activities as required.
The division of duties and responsibilities with respect to the support provided to other Operations teams may vary from time to time.
The main areas or responsibility include:
Workforce Analytics – - Creation/Delivery of regular scheduled reports from People Soft HRMS.
Payroll & Benefits Accounting – - Investigation of cost centre, pension and salary payment anomalies.
Supporting the international HR community in the timely and accurate input, update and reporting of all employee information utilizing People soft.
Support Managers on tasks as and when required.
Desired Profile:
On hand experience of at least 1 year in handling macros
Excellent Microsoft Excel, VBA & Access skills required.
Knowledge of query or People soft an advantage.
Preferably a B.Com graduate
